A fun place for kids and parents. We have an annual pass and visit every other weekend. The online booking system can be improved, but often we just show up on the day itself which works. It's a fun play centre and there are plenty of monthly themes and activities to keep LEGO-loving kids occupied, and the store discount is also nice. Gets quite busy on weekends so be sure to get there early

Kids had good time. Especially enjoyed the merlin's ride. Pretty crowded but probably because it was school holidays. The movie could be bit better. The lanyard was not worth the money.

To be honest, I don't like it here. When it's busy the Covid distancing is a joke, the cafe is so-so and it can be challenging to find a place to sit down. I find the acoustics of the place causes me constant, mild, physical discomfort. However the staff are friendly, the shop's pretty good and they keep the toilets clean. The services they offer are decent are maintained in decent condition.

A good place to take the kids **when it isn't busy**. Very frustrating that they don't have a contact phone number or live chat on their website was unavailable. Paid for a Merlin Platinum annual pass only to realise the time slot I tried to book for was already sold out (this was nearly a week in advance) however, when I went through general admission, the time slot showed availability. Seems like they prioritise making money off general admission ticket sales than giving spots to "Platinum members". EDIT: was fortunate enough that the staff member on entry allowed me to come for my session. If it wasn't for her, I might have missed my son's birthday.

Bought a Merlin pass and a bit disappointed as there is no Lego really to build with. I understand this is probably because of Covid but customers should be advised of this situation prior to entry. Otherwise it is a fun place, rides and play areas for kids and a little cafe for parents. Can't really comment on the special play times.

Very nice and entertaining for kids. The place is quite small and some activity has only two or three spots which required some tome to get a turn. The move was great for all kids and adults to watch.

It's a few hours of fun for the kids, however, too crowded and long queues for the rides. The 4D movies are awesome, the shooting target ride is also a good one. My boys enjoyed building cars a d racing with them.

Really good afternoon out with kids! With the booking system in place the crowding wasn't as bad during school holidays. Everything was running well and the 4D movie was excellent.
