5 months and 250km on my wide wheel dual motor scooter and been very happy with it. There has not been a hill yet that I have not been able to go up. I do 7 km every day and charge once a week.

No email responses, no phone call responses to my request for a shipping update. Its nearly 3 weeks and no correspondence. Pathetic.
5-star service, 2 days delivery Sydney to Melbourne. Scooter arrived lunchtime today and have only ridden 3 kilometers but already i'm hooked. My last scooter was a Ninebot ES4 on which I racked up 1,700km in 5 months, but it lacked excitement. The Widewheel Pro is the real deal, not a toy that's for sure. Range test tomorrow. I need it to do at least 41km if I'm going to make it home again so we'll see how we go. Could take the charger with me and ask to plug in at the coffee shop like I used to do sometimes on the 9bot but I have a funny feeling that the WW PRO might freak them out and they'll say no!
DODGY AS!!! Told me that the price was about to increase, so buy quick. The one that was delivered was faulty. By the time I got a functional scooter he had dropped the price by over 300.00. When I asked about this he told me to get a friend to buy one and he would give me 250.00 back. Worst business ethics I have ever experienced! Buy elsewhere!!! Refund was only offered after the second scooter was making a rattling noise from the back end . Of course a business can discount an item at any time, however to be told that the price was about to increase just before you discount the item is devious. Not to mention that by the time I had a functional scooter the lower price was in place.
I bought the wide wheel scooter 1000w 13.2Ah after extensive research reading reviews from all over the globe and watching YouTube reviews. I'm so happy I bought my scooter from Dave, he is such a nice guy to deal with. There was no preasure. I felt very comfortable he went out of his way to make sure the scooter was set correctly and explaind the menus and did a comprehensive demo using them. I know I am in good hands for after sales service and backup. Thank you Dave.

After some late night research i settled on the WideWheel scooter - Great decision - very impressed with the build quality, comfort and battery life. Also looks far better and tougher than any scooter i have ever seen - much of this is the fat tyres, stylish mag wheels and slotted brake caliper.
