I had to get some damage fixed on my car while on an interstate trip and found these guys. I was very impressed with their customer service and they kept me updated through the process and dealt with a few issues with my insurance company. The finished job was great and done in good time so made what could have been a pain a pretty easy process so i would use them again no worries.

The lady in the front desk will send you back home. That is what she does. She will ask you for booking an appointment before you even talk to her. Rudest human being in Canberra. They took my side mirror cover for colouring. I got a call after 2 weeks that’s it’s done . Not only they took 2 weeks for colouring a cover, smallest job possible but they also coloured it black instead of Grey. The lady says sorry “I don’t take responsibility of this come next week”. Took another week to colour it grey. I had to go there 6 times in this process. Bad service, don’t go. If you do please apply for a month holiday from your job, because you will visit it a few hundred times.

Similar 1-star experience as mentioned below. Had my car in for an insurance job, was quoted a replacement bumper and when they couldn't get the part on time, told me that they had patched the existing the bumper whilst we waited for the new one. Months and months later, still nothing. Every phone call following up on the part met with "I'll check with the parts guy..." but never given a solid answer or response.
