Wow! This place had what was needed, a brand new, lightweight mobility scooter that pulls apart to fit inside the boot of a vehicle. Keeping the lady happy. Great and very helpful staff. Excellent ! The scooter's batteries are lead acid ( um .. yeah ) however, by taking the heavy 15.3 Kg battery box over to Premier Batteries at 22 Child's Rd Chipping Norton, they were able to replace the new lead acid battery with a new Lithium Ferrous Phosphate Li-Fe-PO4 that should last about 10 years or so and will take over 2,000 charges. The battery box now weighs 7.5 Kg and what a difference that makes for carrying. Lightweight and also a good new heavy duty charger to go with it all. It does not get any better than that !

I recently bought some disability equipment from ILS in Campbelltown and found they had the most competitive prices and the most friendly and helpful shop assistants that you could wish for. I would deal with them again and recommend the shop if an opportunity arise. Thank you for your good work.
Would never step in this store ever again,took 2 weeks to deliver a scooter from lane cove to leumeah and asked for the seat swivel lever to be swopped to the other side which was never done. When it was delivered the two clowns who were putting it together took an hour just to get it out of the packaging,when assembled scooter kept blowing fuses which i had to supply new fuses that i had,called to complain many times and promised return phone calls which never came. Totally disgusted with this company. NEVER AGAIN
