6 weeks ago I paid for shower chair, that should be delivered. Chasing them on phone and present to track the delivery . Thire answer is" well call you back ". Guess what?They never called back and there is no record. So, WHERE DOES THE MONEY GOES????? SHAME
Terrible customer service and after sales service.
Aidacare itself has great products. This shop and the employees are terrible. They are rude, pushy and arrogant. They have a lot of elderly customers so this is even more disgusting and treat people with disrespect. Perhaps looking in the mirror at themselves before laughing like immature kids and unprofessional imbeciles might stop the laughing...They also tell you - after you have paid - that your product (which cost a huge amount) is non returnable and non-refundable. Very poor.

There is no after sale support. Be careful when buying a pressure air mattress the pump motor constantly comes on and off with a humming sound that the salesman forgot to tell you about
