Mark provided excellent service to myself and my partner. We had been to at least 3 other shoe stores today before we visited this one. Mark was highly knowledgeable and provided more tailored advice than anyone else. We both left as happy customers and will be happy to return to this store!

Really friendly and helpful service. Lots to choose from and some great bargains worth snagging if you get lucky with the size you’re after. Staff were keen to help and attentive, even though they’re were a few people in the store.

Cindy went above and beyond. After being told by another employee that the shoe I wanted was unavailable (I bought them last week), I was ready to leave. However, Cindy asked what I wanted and she would look for me just in case. She found one in my size to my joy. I cheekily asked if there's more and she said possibly one. So she searched again and came back with it after a few minutes. I now have 3 of these shoes and I can't thank Cindy enough. Happy customer now happy to return :)

Purchased a pair of 70 shoes for my son 1 month ago. I changed from Nike whom I've never had any issue with regarding quality, to New Balance as they have a shoe with inbuilt cushioning for flat feet. They only lasted a month before they came a part at the seam leaving a hole too. I took them back to ask if this was normal, as I've never seen it in a shoe before, my son's feet grow too fast to ever wear out shoes and the 2 cashiers tried to say it was my son's fault. One was even argumentative (the old good cop bad cop routine). It appears they don't care, especially right now that business is down. I won't ever shop there again. The quality of their kids shoes are flimsy and greatly inferior than the many Nike shoes my son has worn since birth, in my opinion. So are the staff at Harbour Town Good Coast.

Thank you cindy & everyone at Team New Balance for your help today in selecting my new shoes, Cindy was patient and went above & beyond to assist me as I have some issues with my right big toe, also picked up a really nice hoodie and a couple of t shirts, i may have chosen the wrong size with some really nice NB scuffs but I'm sure there will be no problems in exchanging them for the right size , well done guys keep up the great work
