The community has created a living paradise of fruit trees, veg gardens, solar power. Now over 15 years of native tree vegetation creating a beautiful habitat including platypus. A place for retreat, personal development and community experience

I ran a two day and a 1 day course at Bellbunya in 2020. The facilities and grounds are excellent for nature or healing based workshops and the Bellbunya community members were very helpful and supportive, going out of their way to make sure both hosts and participants were well looked after. Having a hall, a commercial kitchen and dining room and accomodation makes any length workshop very doable in this space. I had people travel from Interstate to be at the workshop and the facilities meant they could stay at the venue and not have to worry about food or accomodation as it was all provided. A great place to run a course.

It was for me as a Permaculture Design student really interesting and inspiring to spend a few days in Bellbunya. Its a special place on a beautiful spot in the countryside located on a hill, having its own supply of water and renewable energy, a big garden for own food production, lots of beautiful buildings and good facilities providing the option for retreats, workshops, courses, holiday stays,... and private housing within the community. It would be great to see more people finding the way to Bellbunya, filling it with life and contributing to a thriving community! It has such great potential.
