I purchased two heavy duty carpet protectors that were supposed to be suitable for plush carpet. Turns out they weren’t suitable at all. They seem to warp under the weight of the chair and the little grooves which are meant to keep the mat in place didn’t work at all, so it slid all over the place. Granted that it did take me a while to resolve the issue after it was lost amidst business, it was resolved with an item swap in the end, at no cost to me. Despite the delay, I feel confident that I could buy something from here, and if there is an issue, they will do their best to sort it out. Thanks Kobi!

I purchased a Diplomat Chair Mat for my office to protect the carpet for 147.00 plus 33 delivery. I ordered online but had to transfer the funds via a bank transfer. During the communication via email, I was asked whether I wanted the extra heavy-duty mat or the standard thickness. After they explained which carpet thickness each option would be suitable for, I decided the standard would be enough. But after using it for an hour, realised that it was too thin and I needed the extra duty thicker one. Till now, all was fine with the service. However, when I tried to organise a return, I had to send three emails before I even received a response. Then I was told that I had to pay a restocking fee of 30% (44.00), a pickup fee of 33.00 plus the cost of the new mat of 274.00 - a total of 384.00. I said okay, let's start the process. I then sent another 4 emails with no response to any of them. I used the online chat facility to try to get through. They promptly sent me the invoice for 384.00. But they didn't refund the amount of the previous purchase. In other words, there would be no refund until they sighted the returned item. So they expected me to be 564.00 out of pocket with only a single mat and only a possibility of getting a refund. I didn't think this was very fair and in fact quite harsh. I got the impression that they didn't really care about my situation at all. BOTTOM LINE. They'll take your money promptly but bad luck if you don't like what you get. They won't care if you're not happy and really can't be bothered responding to your emails.
