I absolutely love my Hizero. I could never imagine returning to a vac and mop. What I love the most over the mop is the customer service. Absolutely brilliant! So quick and efficient. None of this “raise a case” or email this address for your problem. I had an issue with my hizero so I sent them a video of my problem via messenger and within minutes they resolved it. Big thanks to Nicole in Sydney who is forever helpful and kind.

I cannot fathom why the only two reviews are negative. We have had one for several years and apart from the fact that it is a little hard to dock on the recharger in the cupboard where we keep it it is excellent for cleaning a busy kitchen with vinyl tiles ,tessellated outside tiles and bathrooms.It is far superior to steam mops and is on a par with the Lauristar Iron at whose shop we purchased it

Purchased the Hizero in April this year from applicances online. Have not been very happy with the quality. Does not work on floor boards very well. You have to mop along the length of the board. If the tiles are slightly uneven then it does not make contact with the tile. In addition I already need to replace the foam roller.
