The team here are amazing! Spoke to Neil to get a quote on having some cosmetic work done on my car. After going to more than 5 places in the surrounding area. Neil was by far the most genuine and had very fair pricing. Needless to say they completed the work to a high standard and the whole process was seamless. Will definitely be going back here if I need work done!

First time I bring my scratched body car to Neil smah repair that I found the address and many good reviews from google. I met Neil and other staffs. My impression, he is honest and down to earth. Though he was very hectic with phone calls and met incoming customers who brought car scratches for assessment, he still spent a bit time to explain the work process and gave options around job scope and his recommendation. I put my car on Monday 1pm and I get my car ready on Wednesday around mid day; 2 days job and it's done. I attach the photos of dents and the result. From the picture, I'm satisfied with the work and the price is decent too. I recommend Neil Thompson for car body repairs. Neil, say thank you for whoever fixed the dents and did spray painting in your team. and thank you for your time and recommendation.
These guys contacted me after i had a no fault accident. They were amazing. Handled taking my car away and supplying a hire car. Didn’t cost me anything and all sorted. I was very impressed when I picked up my car as the car was much cleaner than when they took it! They washed it and detailed it inside and out. Was better than when i paid to have it washed and cleaned. Great job and very professional. Repairs were terrific.
Few years back I had a crash next door at Woolworths and I was really scared cause this was my first accident and Neil provided the help and support that I’ll never forget! They even helped put my bumper back and I’m so grateful

I highly recommend Neil and Margaret when it comes to smash repairs...in fact, I won't ever think of taking my car anywhere else (if I'm in accident again). The service is genuine and downright excellent and the work on my WRX has really exceeded expectations. It actually looks better than when I bought it! They provided me with a reliable loan car and gave me a lot of updates on the progress of my 'baby'. It's the service, attention to detail, and dedication to excellence that has really made Neil and his crew stand out from any panel-beater I have ever used. Well done!
I went to Neil because firstly, his reviews are good but what sold me was how his website explains the process from handling in the car all the way to taking back possession of the car makes me reassured that I am handling my pride & joy into good hands. What I like about Neil is that he emails you a price estimate and breakdown instead of just quoting a number like most smash repairs do which to me speaks transparency. I had an accident a week and a half before Christmas and he was able to accommodate me and manage to fix up my car on Christmas Eve when other smash repairs couldn't which is a bonus. Last but not least, I am very very particular about paint matching. Most paint shops/smash repair usually can't match the original color of the car so you are able to tell if a particular panel has been replaced or not. But I couldn't find any paint mismatch and that speaks volume of his workmanship and quality control. Overrall, I am very happy and impressed with Neil. He is not cheap by any means but he also isn't the most expensive out there. Thank you so much once again Neil. Have a very Merry Christmas!
