So professional, helpful and committed to great customer service. Staff were so lovely to my mum and matched her to what her requirements were and what she liked. Didn't treat her like a silly old person. Great selection! Big range! 10/10 recommend to all.

Awesome! The Mum (90)was about done with walking so we went to every scooter shop in town an these guys were the best without question. Good range and prices were below all others. They have their own service guy etc.. And they don't mind ya giving the product a 5kmhr flogging round the test track to make sure its for you. A 5/5 stool softner rating.
Allison is a lovely person. I got the feeling rest of staff and her are over worked. Perhaps working in an environment that caters for people with disabilities, is a tough job, and doesnt bring out the best in one's staff, as that clientele deserve compassion and understanding. I guess my main issue lies with the understaffing at the Ascot Pk store. Anyway, being on "hold" for maybe 15 mins with no "sorry wont be much longer or I am with a client, can you call back" would have sufficed. The scooter I hired, had been causing some worry, getting the impression one could run out of a fully charged battery, after a short period of time. Just needed some reassurance, but no one got back to me, before hometime ! Mmmm makes one wonder if we're in safe hands!!
Great range of products and in particular the spares they carry. Great friendly service into the bargain. I couldn't get a tube for my sack truck at any of the hardware stores which shall remain nameless but not shameless. However these guys had the right tube at a great price.Will be back next time I need one.
These guys really are the very best in Adelaide for price, the best advice and service. I used their serivce 5 years ago when caring for my elderly mother who needed an electric wheelchair, and now when my husband needed a standard wheelchair for a broken foot, and they still provide a wonderful service. I highly recommend Walk on Wheels!
