While the quality of work conducted was fine, the lack of communication was appalling! I dropped my car here for some work to the rear bumper. Initial estimate was 2-3 weeks. 5 weeks later and I’ve only just picked it up. Each time I had to call them to follow up on their progress and each time they delayed for another week. Would not use again.

Excellent smash repairer. I had my rear bumper replaced after being rear-ended and Wyvern returned my car as good as new. A few weeks later I noticed a slight bump in the panel which I didn't think was there when I originally picked up the car. After calling Wyvern they said they would remove the panel for me and have a look at what had happened. After a few hours they determined someone must of lightly tapped my bumper which slightly bent the panel, which they then fixed without charge. Very much appreciated, top class service.
Our car needed repairs after an accident and we took the opportunity to have other panel work repaired at the same time. Dropped in on a Tuesday and finished by the following Friday. Very professional, friendly and a great job done. We highly recommend this company
I am so happy with the service provided by Wyvern smash repairs. My car was booked in on Tuesday morning to be assessed and repaired. Upon dropping the car off they served me and took it on straight away and gave me an ETA of 9 business days. On the 8th business day they called in the morning to advise my car was ready. The repairs they did were fantastic, as if my car was never damaged. I was so impressed with how quick they fixed it and how perfect the repair was. They were friendly and professional and even cleaned my car inside and out. It really made my day! Thanks so much team! A very happy customer :)
I was referred to this repairer through my insurer and as it was my first accident, was uncertain about the process, what to expect and the quality. From the moment I took my beloved car in ... they outlined the whole experience so that I could frame what was about to happen. Not only did they keep me informed about the process, but they were fast, friendly and most of all the quality of the work was restoring my car to look new! These guys are great and highly recommend. The front passenger can’t open from inside after they ‘fix’ it among other issues, ironically it was Ok before they touch it. Utterly incompetent and careless.
