Placed an order and accidentally chose the wrong delivery method which they were able to handle very quickly. But since then I have been trying to get an update in regards to my order and I haven't gotten a response. They say use their live chat but it has been unavailable for the past few days, I have emailed them and I still haven't gotten a response. Plus this is a click and collect order so I would assume it would be quicker than home delivery order (As said on website)

Hi Guys, Please take this a constructive criticism... You have 20 staff on and the line is going out the door, why? also the only helpful person was Camilla she assisted with my query and got me answers others weren't customer focused or helpfull, all staff seem unhappy not great when you spend over 600. Gentle feedback.

Fantastic customer service and knowledge by the staff (many of whom are current high level footballers working there), which is even better re their product knowledge. Whether buying in store or online, you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommended.

Fantastic football venue with wonderful facilities. Adamo and George did a great job hosting my daughter's birthday. They were very organised and created a fun, safe and enjoyable environment for the kids playing on the indoor football pitch. Highly recommend this venue for kids birthday parties. They also supply a wide variety of football gear all in the one complex. Thank you Ultra Football.

Awesome store with everything any football supporter could wish for. Even has an indoor court to have a kick around. Not only can you buy Ronaldo's boots, this place even has a barber shop - so you can ask for his hairstyle while you're there. Love visiting and highly recommend.

One of the best places around for soccer kit. Only two criticisms. Firstly shoes are divided into brands and are at different places in the shop. So comparing different brands isn't easy. This sort of thing you expect from a fashion outlet, not a sporting goods store. Secondly staff seem to disappear out the back for a long period of time, when you ask for shoes to try on. This is despite there being a lot of staff on. Either the storage area out the back is poorly organised, or staff are using the time for something else, other than retrieving stock.
