Excellent service, good amount of time to really settle in and try on a few dresses (1.5 hours). The stylists know what they are doing and are very open to exploring what is a HUGELY important decision. The lovely ladies allowed us to have champagne and a full rounded experience (and yes, I said YES to that dress!) x

I had an amazing experience with KWH. The Alexandria show room was the first bridal shop I tried and it was incredible! they pieced together a dress that was perfect for me!! Kathi was meticulous with the detail and did an amazing job at the fittings. The whole experience was so much fun and stress free.
I had a wonderful experience at KWH with the help of Jo. KWH has beautiful dresses and with Jo’s help, I felt incredible. Jo was patient and very helpful. She also followed up and kept me updated over emails and calls. Thank you! I would highly recommend KWH to any bride (in fact I have already). I love that these dresses are Australian designed and most are also made here too. Thank you!
The experience of finding my dream wedding gown at Karen Willis Holmes was beyond what I could have hoped for. From the moment I tried on the dress I had been eyeing off, I knew it was the one. The staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly, and genuinely shared in my excitement. The sparkling wine for both myself and my bridesmaid during the experience was a lovely touch that just topped it off. I can't recommend both the Sydney Karen Willis Holmes Boutique and the KWH dresses enough. I felt the most beautiful I ever have in my gorgeous Vivienne gown on my wedding day.

What could have been such a stressful time was made so memorable and beautiful because of the whole team, and the service from start to finish. My dress was so incredibly unique and I loved it from the first minute i saw it. I couldn't recommend KWH more.
I recently had an appointment with the lovely Jo and she was fantastic. So patient and friendly. I had been to 3 stores prior with no luck and she promised me I would find my dream dress and she was right!!!!!!! I am so grateful to her :)
Fantastic service from the team, who made all of my dress dreams come true. The team are not pushy, want to make you feel as comfortable as possible, and go above and beyond to ensure that you are feeling your absolute best! Susan was amazing during my fittings, and altered my dress to perfection. I felt so amazing on my wedding day! Highly recommend KWH!
KWH was the most incredible experience. I was so nervous to try on wedding dresses and they relaxed me. Jazz made me feel so comfortable and picked dresses that were exactly what I loved but just couldn't articulate.
