I don’t recommend getting your car serviced here. They called me and read out a long list of repairs needed on my car and the exorbitant prices, but wouldn’t put that list in writing when I asked. Later I called back to book in some of those repairs and they told me they had no record of that issue with my car, and had very odd explanations for why there was no record of it. I got a second opinion from a local mechanic who said several of those recommended repairs - including entirely replacing parts - were completely unnecessary, and others could be done for a tiny fraction of the price Honda quoted me. Since COVID their sales techniques have gotten way pushier, with frequent phone calls & emails telling me I’m “overdue” for insanely expensive services that I am not yet due for. I don’t trust that I got an honest opinion and I won’t be coming back.

I used to service my car at Westside Honda, because unavailability of appointment, I had to come to Yarra Honda, now I regret coming all the way 35-40kms for service. - Customer Service offered me free Uber service to drop me in CBD, but on total bill there was hidden extra fee 35 when compared with Honda Tailored Servicing. When I asked them, why they said we flush your engine for better performance - They haven’t even clean the front and back glass, no vacuum cleaning was done. I couldn’t complain on the day I got my car as I went to collect my car almost at 5.40pm, which is closing time. Got photos to share with time stamp and date. I now regret going to Yarra Honda. And will Never go to new Dealer for service, they know you will never come back. So they just don’t care you. Definitely gonna share this review with Honda Australia, so that Yarra Honda service manager can take extra care of their customers.

Very impressed with the professionalism and service. Alex and Vanessa went out of their way to ensure a smooth delivery of my new Honda Jazz. They kept me up to date with information and even went the extra mile on the day of pickup. I highly recommend the whole team at Yarra Honda.

Simply loved the customer service these guys gave us! Dane Cuthbert, was amazing and got me exactly what i had in mind. gave us a very warm welcome and he knew every little detail about the car we were looking at! his attention to detail was really good. even his service after the sale was made is topnotch. He went out of his way to get our spare keys before we even request. and not to forget Jay Garcia, who arranged our finance was very co-operative and got all the documents sorted so quickly and efficiently. Keep up the good work guys! couldn't have asked for more!

I phoned Honda Customer Service and they put me through to Yarra Honda. The person who answered my call was Dane Cuthbert. We found Dane to be very friendly and not pushy at all.
