All the staff here are lovely, from all departments. Sure the wait at times can be testing, but its a free service; fortunately I am in a position where I can be seen at a booked time with my GP, but for this I pay 75.00 - 100.00 and i don't have an interest in waiting to see a GP, so I do that. You don't like the wait times? Go pay a gap, or enjoy your free service and stop the complaining. Overall, clean friendly place that is very well equipped.

On a good day when you ring you'll only be on hold for 5 minutes. Don't even try ringing at lunch time. About 4 or 5 times admin have said they will email me, or my insurer documents from my GP and then they didn't. I received 2 referrals for a specialist, the 1st place I was referred to wasn't taking any new clients. Came back referred to a 2nd place which no longer exists. Today was my 3rd attempt, I waited for 1hr 10mins before I gave up and left. I asked reception twice why the wait and she just said she doesn't know. But the place looked pretty quiet. Here is a picture of my doctor having a chat right in front of me while I was waiting today. Didn't seem to be too busy. The other picture is they had some sort of presentation with a novelty cheque. There is a guy with a cane waiting to speak to someone at the desk but most of the admin were involved in the presentation so he had to wait.

It is great to see a medical centre with such a driven nursing team. They are going above and beyond in all aspects of care. Its been awesome to watch their involvement in the centre expand over the last 12 months.

I came for my pregnancy ultrasound (the full scan). The specialist said that she wasn’t confident of what she was doing and needed both husband and I to be quiet during the screening. He wasn’t allowed to take any photos of me and we were told not to ask her any questions during the time of scanning as she needed to focus. It was one of those rare experiences that we would both like to cherish and be excited about but it was sort of dampened.

Decided to give this place more stars. They’ve recently changed to an appointment system and it is sooo much better! I’ve always gone outside of peak times so I couldn’t tell you how it is during those times. To be frank the level of care you’ll get depends on which doctor you get. Staff go above and beyond. Hats off to everyone here, its not an easy gig.

Walk up visit 5 Feb. I was told 2-2.5 hour wait at reception. I agreed and the lady who i was speaking was kind enough to check me in when on services app. 2.5 hours later I went back to reception. Spoke to the same lady who checked me in. She asked me if i was returning. I told her i hadn't left and asked if i could have an indicator of how long it would be. I was told there were 2 people in front of me. Close enough to 1.5 hours later i was called by a Dr. I made my way to his room and began to explain what was wrong. Before i had finished he had written a prescription for antibiotics. I went on to ask if he wanted to take a look at my injury. He said he would have to get his nurse to and if that was what i wanted. I asked a couple more questions while he wrote another prescription with no instructions on how often to use or quantity. (This was a cream not a tablet) and i left. I wont be back. Last couple of experiences were similar. The doctors i have seen don't appear to care

My partner was bitten on the face/lip by a bull mastiff at work (vet nurse). Dr Pang didn't come close or touch her face to see the puncture wounds properly. He looked at her from a metre away and decided that was good enough. He wouldn't give her a few days off work when asked and he didn't tell her what to use for pain relief or if she could put anything on the wounds to keep them clean. The nurse was great but really disappointed with Dr Pang.
