I've never been to an op shop this bad, selling half used lotion? Free chopsticks that you get with a meal? Very obviously handmade gifts, unboxed tampons and more. There needs to be a standard and there's truly none at all. I've worked in op shops I know how it works, whoever the sorters are need to do there job and managers need to be keeping an eye on it. Absolutely appalling.
