Chris is just amazing! Very keen sense of fashion, and always engaged with his customers, I was able to find something that I would consider a steal because of his suggestion. I got a suit and pants set made of Italian fabric for only AUD 50. This thrift store is a gem! No wonder all reviews gave 5 stars. If you're looking for a thrift store with topnotch customer service, be sure to drop by here. Planning to come back here in time for winter season.
An absolutely stunning store :) Chris is such a generous man who wants to spread the love and bring community back to Melbourne! He uses various talents to make this store so special and unique! Every garment is pre loved and some even fixed up by Chris to ensure it will have a new owner! After you find items you love, you get to select the charity you would like to donate too! FABULOUS!!! Small store with a lot of quality clothes. I was surprised that I found what I was looking for. They have a nice selection of sizes and styles. The service is excellent. The person in the shop knows what suits and doesn't suit someone, the advice was honest. Prices are good and I got asked what charity I was happy to give too. They definitely are a step ahead. Not to be missed.
During my first and short visit today, I felt connected to the store and Chris already, for following reasons: -He knows about different brands, their cuts, and features. -He listens to and cares about what a customer needs. -He folds your purchased clothes inside out to protect them. (You'd be surprised how many shop keepers do not get this.) -He donates earnings to charities. Long story short, if you care about people and mother earth like Chris, come and shop here.
