John is a lovely man. He fixed an ancient Electrolux vacuum cleaner for me and when that finally died, I bought a newish miele and it's been an excellent vacuum cleaner. He provides brilliant old fashioned service. I hope he never retires!

Dyson animal vac 4years old needing servicing and a good clean. Return time was a little slow but was offered a substitute vac while I waiting, which I declined. Vac is running as good as new. I found pricing to be very reasonable
John is a sweetheart, a classic repair experience that is slowly going out of style but is well worth it. He was also good enough to diagnose and give advice over the phone. My ‘vintage’ vacuum is now better than it’s ever been and ready for a few more years of life. Superior work and outstanding service!
My Electrolux vacuum had a broken latch, I had tried others to fix this with no avail! John was so helpful, he got the part in, fixed my vacuum and serviced at a extremely reasonable cost. John even taught me care instructions to avoid further issues! I also told him about an issue with my ergorapido upright vac and his advice/expertise fixed that one too! Highly recommend!
