It's my favourite JB Hi-Fi, they have such a large variety and such good prices, super friendly and helpful staff. The in store layout is brilliant focusing on house appliances on the right and laptops and tablets on the left. I could get lost in there for hours. Thanks JB Hi-Fi for encouraging me to part with my money

Prices pressed is the idea and that's great. Also the staff in wollongong is nice. I feel for them because I witness some really horrible Customers treating them awfully. You do not deserve that.

Went in after seeing they price match Amazon. Sales Guy fobbed me off as he couldn't be bothered. Save your breath. Go to Harvey Norman instead - they did it in seconds.

Visited the store two weeks ago with the intent to buy a soundbar. After waiting 20 minutes nobody came to assist me so I left. I returned today and again waited, this time after waiting 15 minutes i went to the register to ask for service, i was told they would send someone to the soundbars to help. after waiting another 10 minutes nobody had come. So i left again, never going to try shopping here again.
