We have probably lost count of the items we have bought there over the years. It is our go-to place when we are shopping for the next big ticket item. Being in the home maker centre allows for plenty of price comparison, but we usually end up back here 1. Good range 2. Staff are usually awesome in being both helpful and shaving off the price

Great deals. Managed to pick up this new weapon of family entertainment for 1500 off. Couldn't be happier. Friendly and knowledgeable service. Will be back again to deck out the man cave soon.

Pre booked an item over phone and to pick up next day. When arrived, shop filled with customers but service was excellent. Can see staff have smile on their faces and nice greeting to you. Happy shopping from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Quick service, saved myself by getting them to price match an online store (make sure the online store is selling genuine Australian stock) - the whole experience was done without any drama whatsoever. Will certainly use them again when I know exactly what I want and have done my homework on price

Gave them my ps4 to repair and they didn’t know what’s the problem asking me 230 to replace it. Never had a worst customer service. 0 star if was possible

Not the greatest layout, some sections are so small just to qualify as a home variant of JB. An example is Audio Video Receivers. Homebush has a wall of about 20, here has 6ish, I think there should be some consistency in locations.
