Disgusting with a complete lack of care for your personal information and health of the community!!!! If you want your personal details blowing all over Windsor Road because they fail to dispose of private information, script pads, blood stained cotton swabs, used gloves and other medical waste properly, then go right ahead and use this practice. All of their neighbours are fed up with picking up medical waste from their front yards, despite asking the medical practice multiple times to address the issue. They have a complete disregard for public health and safety. - It's unfortunate that it takes public shaming and being reported to Parramatta Council and AHPRA - Health Care Complaints to make you act / bother to respond. My husband rang and left a message on Monday night, but this is after many many phones calls by me to your receptionist. If are are disposing of medical waste properly, why do I have blood stained swabs in my front yard???????? Clean up your act!!!!

Although the doctors are amazing, the wait is horrendous. Even if you book an appoitnment, you can expect to wait anything between 20minutes to 1hour. The receptionist said i was next but then i wasn't.

I switched from my previous GP to Dr Goswami after a few bad experiences with previous GP. She is lovely, professional and very knowledgeable. You won't be disappointed with the service you receive. They provide many services as well that my previous GP didn't. I have no regrets about changing GP. The bulk billing is just an added bonus for me as I was paying beforehand upfront.

I went here for my pregnancy glucose test and bloods. I have to repeat the test because the blood was not handled correctly and the specimens not viable. What a waste of time and effort.

I have been seeing Dr. Aparna Goswami for a very long time of approximately 10 ten years and now I became completely reliable on her service for any health related issues for both myself and my entire family. She goes in very detail when she works with her patients and looks after every aspect of health issue very extensively. She always takes substantial amount of time to examine the patients and goes in very deep with the history of illness. Unquestionably She is a profusely adept medical practitioner. Most importantly she is very caring about her patients and She follows up patients by herself to make sure everything is going right with them. The practise facility itself is an wonderful place and well maintained. Any patients will be gratified and pleased by hospitality of the officials and neatness decoration of the premise. I strongly recommend you to visit this practise for any medical issues pertaining to your and your family member's health and I am pretty certain that you will also receive an wonderful experience.
