100% happy with the support I got through the office staff and the man who fixed my fridge. The service man Larry was one of the nicest human beings I've ever met, and made sure everything was perfect before leaving my house. Exceeded my expectations cause I had a warranty job. But any and all future work I need will be through this contact. Larry was an absolute pleasure to meet. Glad to see people still actually care about their work and customers. Thanks

The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. I've had a stove top warranty job stretch out for over 7 weeks now and still not working. Part after part has been replaced and everytime it takes 2 weeks plus to get a new part. When I try to ask them questions their go to response is 'that is not my job'. At no stage has one of their employees taken any form of incentive and tried to expedite the process. They do not care that I have not been able to cook for my family. Worst company ever!!!! If I could give them negative stars I would.

Absolutely blown away by the speed in which I received a part for my food processor. Ordered from NSW Thursday lunch time and received in Brisbane on Friday morning. Amazing service at a very reasonable price. Keep up the great work - I know where to come if I need any spare parts! Great job.

The worst customer service I was after main board for a LG TV I was very clear and stating my Tv model number and all that The guy pretending that he could't understand me because my accent Tried to be nice to him ,I politely tried my cool temper and explain what i needed ,he just hung up on me before telling me we are not LG . Called him again ,recognised my voice and hung up again . I called again ,spoke to different person (must be his mate ) Sorry ,nothing we can do .that was his answer mind you ,we are a company that was an authorised service centre for LG for many years . Very disappointed I was hopping to get parts locally ,as I understand getting parts from China or overseas would cost much less .But not contributing to our economy in long run (considering what is happening in the world right now) So Wholesale Appliance failed me me big time. Not dealing with them any more .

one of the rudest men I have ever spoke to, Mark. No personality, No kindness & definitely Not and Asset to this Company. Didn’t even want to be at Work attitude. Very Disappointed with his approach to customer service. Should not be allowed to answer the phone that’s for sure. I won’t go back there.
