Be careful! These guys seemed great at the start. Very helpful. After the sale, the help stopped. The installation was terrible and the flu rattled and shook when ever it was windy. We must have had a dozen sleepless nights due to the noise. They didn't want to know about it and the girls were very rude over the phone. The installer refused to come back and sort it stating "that is as good as it gets". Hired a different guy who sorted it all out in 4 hours. He found the fiberglass seal was missing at both ends of the flu and showed me the wood-heater manual where it states a fiberglass seal MUST be used. What a joke!
Amazing customer service, quick and efficient on the phone and in store. The wood heaters that are supplied are top quality and very reasonable pricing. Installation guy is helpful and courteous and on time! Love how warm and cozy I am this winter with my Masport . Would 100% recommend.
