Went in to pick up a few things. Needed some help from the staff but they where more interested in sitting on/trying out new saddles then helping customers. After trying to get some help I put everything back and left.

Ordered a replacement clipper blade set which showed online as being in-stock. It wasn't so one of the sales girls arranged for the Lilydale store (2 hours drive away) to send one down. It took 2 weeks for it to arrive when I could have ordered it online from many other places and had it within days. It was also about 15 more expensive to order through Horseland. The girls I interacted with in the store were lovely, but I did have a conversation with a rude abrupt staff member when I rang after a week to check on my order.

Horseland doesn’t even deserve one star. First of all I ordered a high quality expensive halter online and was sent a completely different brand and different halter. I was disgusted with the service on the phone call when I rung. The women was very disrespectful and when I asked could I be sent the correct one she refused. I asked for a refund she refused once again. I spoke to the manager and demanded a refund and was reluctantly given one. Next I was in the store, when I arrived I wasn’t greeted or asked for any assistance in my shopping. The staff were disrespectful. I had to go up to the cash register (no one was there) and wait 15 minutes for someone to finally talk to I asked to try the boots on and were told that they were ‘busy’. I asked for the manager and was told that the manager wasn’t there. Eventually after an hour and 45 minutes I was told that I can try the boots on. I ended up buying a pair of boots, size 9. They went out to the back to get me the boots and was then sold an 8.5 instead of a 9. This shop and the staff disgust me to my core I will never shop here again and continue to tell people to do the same.
