Personable and super friendly service! Gorgeous flowers and Julie kindly helped me with my quest for a beautiful potted small Christmas spruce to grow and cherish for years to come! She let me know what to expect and gave tips on how to best care for it. I'm so happy with my lovely little Christmas tree and it was a pleasure chatting with her. Highly recommended!

Ordered flowers for my mum for Mother's Day. Have not ordered or used any florist in Warragul but my mum absolutely loved her bouquet. I requested the flowers to be dropped off in the morning and got a bit worried when they had not arrived after talking to my mum around lunch time. Called the store & spoke to Julie, who reassured that they were to be delivered within the hour. Being that it was the day before Mother's Day and having to stick to Covid - 19 restrictions, I figured they would be super busy. The flowers were dropped off before my mum started work in the late afternoon. Very happy customer. Thank you.
