We ordered flowers through here for our wedding, the bouquet was lovely, it was unfortunate there wasn't a delivery service so we had to pick the flowers up, but over all, lovely flowers that recieved numerous compliments. The pricing was also reasonable.

Ordered 2 bunches of flowers for valentine's day they could not be delivered on the 14th so we had to go pick them up. Both were great beautiful but ordering online both came up 10% more.
Disgusting customer service. Staff member had terrible attitude for no reason and was not helpful at all. Not the way you treat someone who is spending money in your store. First and last time purchasing from this florist. I’d give 0 stars if it were an option.
Flowers were not fresh, paid 70 for grass and leaves arrangement had about 5 flowers in it. Asked for something colourful and fresh looking. I could of picked something better from my garden... very disappointed.
Extremely rude and poor customer service, very over priced for flowers that were not fresh - and they didn't really care either.. and to think I didn't learn from the same issue last week when I purchased another bunch- but today I gave them benefit of the doubt and gave them another go but nope.. no changes. And to make things worse... another two people I know also went and purchased flowers from there today and they felt the exact same way as I did. You've lost 3 customers.
Rude, arrogant, terrible customer service and would not recommend at any circumstance. A big no for me.
Amazing customer service, I called late in the afternoon and they were able to deliver same day. Will use again! :)
