We ordered the use of a wood splitter. On pickup, the guy explained everything really well to my wife, going into depth about safety features, startup requirements and towing needs. It's a rare enough thing for a tradie fella to treat a woman customer without talking down to her. Not at this place! So girls, if you need to rent pretty much anything, treat yourself to polite, knowledgeable staff in the process.

At the the Warana depot, the staff were friendly and helpful putting on the hire equipment onto the back of my ford ranger and taking it off on the return. I really thought the follow up phone call to see if I was satisfied with the service was great! It would have shown if they needed to up there service or perhaps equipment as the phone call made it more of a personal experience! Thanks Joel!
