Never anyone to answer calls. 30 mins minimum. Rang twice for animal rescue in one of their own parks and no help. Referred me to wildlife victoria. Shocking.
Great with the injections. However the waiting around for 15 mins the seats aren't clean or wiped down so I left straight away
Abousloutue desgrace. We received a letter telling us we need to pay 500 because our tree was over the nature strip. We NEVER received a warning letter so we sent them a request online to review the fine. We got a letter today saying the fine still stands and they proved the letter was 'written'. They can not prove it was sent and even if it was with the amount of post that goes missing every year. Who in their right mind wouldn't cut a tree for a fine of 500 if they were told to. All about revenue raising.

People don’t often go in to the council to deal with a happy issue. They’re either there to spend a lot of money, engage in some sort of administrative nightmare or make a complaint. Every time I’ve gone in, I’ve found that a lot of effort has been put in to resolving my issues by the staff. They were patient and polite in the way they spoke to other disgruntled inhabitants of Knox and always did their best to answer questions and resolve complaints. The 5 star rating is directed at the staff within the Civic Centre, who cannot control council regulations or decisions but show a lot of patience when approached.
