If you want an example of incompetence government/semi-government agencies this is a good good model. We moved into the area and despite informing change of address innumerable times we get rates notices continually sent to the previous address. Each redirected notice has different information on it so we don't what should be paid. We should have been alerted to incompetence when we were in the building process -when phony 'aesthetics' cost us thousands of dollars and the builder was asked to prepare documents they already had on file. Avoid building in South Perth if you can.

Got fined for parking at Richardson Park when the sign was clearly obstructed and not visible. I have tried contacting the council and received no assistance. Legally signs cannot be obstructed.
south perth city council does not reply to anything unless they think it is necessary. usually no answer.super rude and condescending towards minorities (asians) especially.they really need to get employees who are open minded and willing to work.
