I am delighted to have found someone else to service our Delonghi Prima Donna Coffee Machine. We've had a couple of issues over the last 4ish years which were never resolved by the previous technicians. HAP LISTENED!! All fixed - and for less than I expected! Further - when I called them regarding an issue I had forgotten to ask them to look at, the tech went out of his way to secure me the part (the machine is probably 10-12 yrs old) - when I brought it back in, he fitted it for free as I had just paid for 'labour' in the service and repair. I also took them my Grandmother's Kenwood Chef mixer which I inherited 18 years ago (so I'm presuming it is 25 -35 years old). It was impeccably looked after (this was over COVID btw and getting parts from Europe was a NIGHTMARE!). It is a typical older appliance that has a motor of a true workhorse ..and it has been serviced brilliantly and works better than most of the modern ones I have used! Thanks HAPS Wangara! I am delighted to recommend you!

Great service.. I bought an oven element, but had to return it due to unforeseen problems... they accepted the returned part and gave full refund... no problem at all. Also, their prices are comparable to eBay/online-only suppliers which is surprising these days. I will definitely look them up next time I need appliance parts.

poor communication , took over 4 weeks for my coffee machine to be repaired. i called three times for an update and each time i was told they had tried to contact me and were awaiting my response(ihad never recieved any missed calls or voicemails). two months later i now have german cockroaches coming out of my coffee machine. i tried to save myself money by not getting a new one and getting it repaired and i am very disapointed that i now have a cockroach problem which could not have come from anywhere else but the coffee machine. would not recommend at all!!! To add to this i have now recieved a call from the owner a half hour later after this post calling me a liar!

Took a coffee machine in for a CLEAN, that’s was it. On arrival they asked is anything wrong with the machine, I said No-I just want it cleaned. Machine belonged to my sister and her husband and they purchased a new one so I got the old one, which was working fine. Two weeks later I call to find out what’s happening-first of all they couldn’t find the machine then they started describing someone’s else’s machine which was broken. Finally they located it in their factory unit with old parts scattered everywhere, much like a wrecker. Nothing had been done, I said no problem I’ll come back in a week. 3 WEEKS LATER I drive down to the buisness and ask to pick up my coffee machine. Again, can’t find the machine. Woman calls her husband then shows me the machine out the back in a million pieces and asked is this my machine. I asked why is my machine in a million pieces for a clean? She puts me the phone to her husband and he explains the machine wasn’t working and needs two pumps replaced at 350. Did not ask me to pull it apart and still hadn’t done what I asked, which was to simply clean the machine-that’s it. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS I have the machine back now. Tell me, how can you say you have tested this machine and tried to run water through it when there is still dust in the water filler and the reservoir is bone dry??? You Sir are a liar and I'll be very surprised if you are still making money for another 15yrs

Amazing service! Thank you so much for fixing my Breville Oracle Touch, which works like new again! Extremely courteous, quick and 48 hour turn around from drop-off to pick-up.
