I had the most wonderful experience, from the phone to the front desk down to the doctor's office. Very professional and kind, the doctor was even friendly to my daughter and personally called the surgeon himself. I was so stressed after moving from Sydney and wasn't able to find a doctor that was actually caring and just pleasantly understanding. Most doctors I have found in the area here were very insensitive and their reception staff very unprofessional, so I was beyond relieved to find such a wonderful safe place. Thank you Doctor Meeran and staff. I definitely without a doubt recommend this practice. Dr Hossien is also very good.

Considering it's difficult to get good service these days, i was so impressed by this centre. The receptionist was fantastic; friendly and approachable and ready to help with all my questions. Doctor was great. Will definitely be bringing my children here from now on. Thank you!
I've been coming here for a long time and I am surprised on how the new owner is lifting up the standards of this practice. All new doctors and staff are very friendly :)
Staff good but GP M is terrible ...... impatient and rude. You win the The Worst GP award.....
Was denied help from male dr cause I could understand what he was saying I did apologize thatathat I could then was hung up on and got told to call another dr , absolutely a disgrace

I have been a patient of this Practice in excess of 35 years. Even when I moved out of the immediate area for over 10 years. I have always found the Doctors & staff to be friendly,professional & have demonstrated a caring attitude to their patients.
Reception staff EXTREMELY rude. They rang and booked an appointment for my son whose discharge had been sent there accidentally. They worked out the problem and cancelled the appointment without bothering to let me know. I dragged my sick son out for nothing and they pretended they didn't know anything. Lack basic empathy.
