bought the S90 on 03/02/2019, did not received tax invoice until 20/03/2019, after the third written request to dealership. (ATO requires within 28 days) previous service was not stamped. service pick up was booked to 5:30pm but received a call at 2:30pm and advised "on the way to pick up". pick up address is less 2 KM from dealership. wrote a letter to dealership to express my concern on 07/02/2020, no reply til now 3 days after the service, engine oil light comes on showed "Engine oil level Service required" and car status showed "Oil overfilled" please see pictures above happened to a loyalty Volvo customer (myself, the neighbor of this dealership) who bought 4 cars from this dealership in past 15 years

It was one of the best car purchase experiences I've had. Adam was very friendly, professional and knowledgable. From the time I put down my order, he gave me constant updates about my car delivery status, and the pick up process was impressive too, he patiently provided us with a full orientation of the new car . Was an enjoyable experience highly recommended!
I dislike posting bad reviews but this time I am have made an exception. After buying two brand Volvo cars from Volvo Lindfield in 7 years, I experienced rude and dismissive behaviour by this dealership. Save your hard earned pennies for another dealership who care about their loyal customers. I have absolutely loved my Volvos, but I'll never go to Volvo again to service my car or to buy my next cars. Oh and don't bother with contacting Customer Care as it's just lip service
Right from my first contact with the dealership by phone, then in person I could not fault the personal service I received from the sales team. My negotiations with the sales manager were conducted in a very friendly and professional manner. When it came to product knowledge and the ability to test drive at my own leisure made my buying decision more comfortable. Picking up the car was equally impressive, the attention to detail made it an easy and enjoyable experience. I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new Volvo.
