We ordered flowers for a work colleague after the death of her best friend. Ordered n the morning for same day delivery. The delivery didn't arrive and when asked was told it was because the bouquet was on sale and doesn't get same day delivery options, difference was to be refunded. Also told that in the area we wanted delivery there was only a Tues-Fri delivery option so Monday was never going to happen. Then the bunch arrived and I call it a bunch as instead of something similar to what we ordered we got a much smaller bunch. We had paid extra for the deluxe arrangement but clearly didn't get extra flowers. Although fresh and pretty flowers they were not what were ordered. They were also in a red tall vase instead of a mason jar as stated and this made the bunch look even more sparse. A box of cookies that we didn't order was included perhaps to make up for the lack of flowers. Several emails back and forth and no offer of a voucher or anything to keep our custom. Just apologies we were unhappy but essentially we got the flowers we paid for. I told them I would be not recommended them to anyone and never using their service again. Steer clear not value for money.

DO NOT USE BLOOMEX!!!! SCAMMERS!! This company will take your money, outsource to the cheapest, unreliable courier (aramex). Your flowers won’t be delivered on the scheduled day, but Aramex will get there a week later, your rancid bouquet of slop will be delivered. No apology, no refund and no product. The only guarantee you get from this company is aggravation. Do yourself a favour and send a gift card!
Great florist, sent my mum some flowers from Amsterdam and she couldn't stop telling me how nice and fresh they were. Sometimes its hard to trust a florist because you dont know the quality of the flowers. Bloomex is great
If there was an option to give no stars then that is what I would do. My mother thought she would surprise me with some flowers for my Birthday. They said that they would be delivered on the Monday and they weren't. After 1.5 weeks of daily phone calls and emails by myself and my nearly 80 year old mother, I received them today and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. They were half dead, dry as a door mat and looked like they had been arranged 1.5 weeks ago. There was also no card attached. Very unhappy about the lack of service and common decency shown by the call centre staff. Will not be using your services again.
DO NOT ORDER THROUGH BLOOMEX. I order the blue horizons from this store which is a blue and white mixture of flowers for my partner on Valentine’s Day. They came on the day I ordered but they definitely weren’t blue and white flowers just white. I emailed the company expressing that they may have had a mix up with the order, however they proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have a mix up and the flowers were in accordance to their company policy to SEND FLOWERS THAT ARE NOT THE SAME AS THE ONES YOU ORDERED. I also requested a copy of this policy but they did not give me one for reference. I have attached photos so people are warned out that this may also happen to them as well.
I have used Bloomex several times now and have been pleased with the same day delivery and the flowers. It's been so good to hear how pleased the recipients have been when gaining their flowers.
I just ordered some flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend.. loved the follow up and the easiness of the website and also the customer care. Also the prices are totally reasonable.
Do NOT Buy!! If there was an option for no stars I would use it. I ordered a deluxe version of a three rose bouquet and received a singular rose. The box explicitly says that the flower arrives in bud form and this was not the case. The card has been printed badly and was bent. The chocolates are not the kind I ordered and are completely melted into slop.
