I could not be happier with this purchase - there was a shipping problem that was entirely the courier's fault, and Videocraft were rock-solid on this, following up at their end. Plus, they were poised to supply me with an alternative shipment if the short delay was extended. (Thankfully it didn't come to that; a resolution happened just in time.) That kind of backup meant a great deal to me - and I'm also extremely happy with my new camera - so thank you very much, Danielle and Heidi at Videocraft.
