Surprisingly quick service. I seen a line to the door and I was in and out in under 5mins. All i needed was 2 registration transfer forms. Rhe lady at the front counter was so nice and helpfull.

I went in today to do a change of ownership and everybody was very helpful and quick. Justine at the front was beyond helpful and very friendly. If i could give more stars I would very happy with the excellent customer service here.

Customer service officer I dealt with was Amanda. She is patient with me as we worked through an unprecedented stat dec requirement (remote witnessing). She took the time to speak with head office and we had a good result. It was also a surprisingly quick line today.

I am very thankful for their wonderful customer service. Im a disability support worker and took my client (in his wheelchair) for his license renewal. The line was huge outside. The officer, called Matthew, approached us straight away and organized prompt service for us. He was very empathetic and helpful. Thank you for all your support and inclusion.

Went into Vic Roads today at Hoppers Crossing to pay for my boat licence, to only find, once I got home @6, that the man behind the counter has made me pay for someone else’s licence and now I have all their personal details too...full name, address, licence number... Office is not open as they close at 4:30! Too bad for us that work full days!!
