Gets very busy but has more than enough staff to keep the lines moving. Chairs also very comfortable compared to the old plastic ones
Really appreciate the efforts of the staff that work at Service NSW Miranda. There is usually a long waiting queue, but nonetheless staff are friendly and helpful to resolve any issues you have.
Well I went on 27 th for knowledge test the lady in the counter no 2 very rude
very convenient location, used to locate at far away, but now moved to Westfield Miranda, bigger, newer, brighter, friendly staff very helpful
I was served by staff named Colin in counter 3 in Service NSW Miranda today. He did not even know how to enter the data correctly. I came for the very important document lodgment. However, He got everything wrong and mess.
Is a terrible customer service. People without experience. The stuff Saying i can have a full license after finished my driving license test . Is because i got a oversea license more then 4 years. Then when the day coming. Then i was told i Can not do it. But before that i already went to the desk ask Twice. Can i do my the test or not? The answer is yes. I can. My license everything is clear.
