Friendly staff. Sometimes I have to wait a while before I see my doctor, but it due to my doctor been so kind to her patients and given them all the time they need; then, I do not mind waiting as I know when my turn comes, I will have all the attention I need :)

Almost wait there for 1.30 hour, even i had appointment . After asking them how long it will take , receptionist was keep on saying one patient ahead. When, I finally told them it has been 1.30 hr . She was like we can book you for another day . It is useless go there . Such a waste of time .

Dealing with a chronic injury the doctors are always super helpful and supportive. Often times I have needed a script on short notice to which they accomplish. 4 stars as the online booking system is unreliable and other admin issues.

Be Postive

This centre doesn’t even deserve to be given one start. I took my mum for an appointment and made us wait for 2 hours. I asked the reception what going on, I was then told, one last patient and then it will be you. After a while I ask them again, same answer. I got really frustrated and cancelled my appointment after waiting for 2 hrs. Never ever coming back.

I have brought my daughter here for 5 times because we are UC student so no choice for other medical centres. The only I complain is that it has been always 30 to 45 mins late to see the GP. I don’t understand what happens with the centre. Please review your booking system and allow more space among each appointments.
