I should have checked the recent review before going there... Friendly staff but aggressive manager, had never ever heard such unprofessional words from a service-provider. if you would like to have a pleasant buying experience, DO NOT go there.

Very Very Happy with My 2018 Honda Civic that I purchased from Travis Honda in October 2918! The team were fantastic and so proffessional, and went right through everything in my new car! I’ve now done 34000 ks in my red Honda and just love driving it! I always get my Civic serviced at Travis Servicing in Hartnet drive Seaford ! To start on a positive note, the Salesman Matt was fabulous! Great demonstration of the car, friendly and very good at his job! However, the Sales Manager David (if this is his title) was incredibly rude, unhelpful, spoke to his staff poorly and was difficult to deal with. I would never buy a car from here again, buying a car should be an exciting experience! Not one that causing almost 3 weeks of issues after purchasing.
I bought my brand new car here. That is my best experience with a car dealership, fast response, straight forward and gave me a very good deal. Great customer service when I picked up the car. Highly recommend!!

i wouldnt go back to Travis Honda. i bought a brand new car from them but i think because it wasnt a Honda is where my problem lies. they couldnt get me out the door quick enough when i picked it up, the ladys advice when she delivered it was to down load an so i could connect my phone, that was it. 12 months to the day they sent me a letter saying my Honda was due for a service, they couldnt even be bothered to check what it was that i spent 36,000 on.
