We've read through all the negative reviews, and they are numerous. We have had exactly the SAME experience that it will take 6 weeks, then when we phoned to check, x 2 after going through our identifiers : name, address star sign with them, its now going to be another 4 weeks ( probably) We phoned around today, found a great trailer place and we pick up a new registered trailer, exactly what we wanted, tomorrow at 9am. I could have had a trailer 2 months ago if I just went to the place I discovered today.

Wait time went from 2 weeks to 9, no communication from trailers down under at all and each time I rang they had no idea where the trailer was. The boat trailer has now done 250km total damage 1 wheel bearing 2 sheared bolts dropping boat onto gard, 8 stripped bolts on skid adjustment brackets, not happy will not use again will not recommend these trailers are rubbish.
