Trailer was not primed before painting. Spare wheel was cross threaded onto the drawbar (that was fun getting off). Bolts in suspension over tightened causing the springs to wear through after 6 months (won't return my calls or messages regarding warranty) Cheap rims and tyre combo meant I had to replace all of them (apparently not a warranty issue in the eyes of Blue Star Trailers) Very poor customer service, backed up by the poor quality build.

Purchased a 16x6.6 Semi Flat Beavertail Car Carrier Trailer from them. Excellent quality and well built. Would highly recommend them if you are after a car trailer at a great price. We got a flight from Perth to Melbourne and drove it back across the Nullabour with a car on the back of it.

They put three guys on assembling a cage trailer for me with no notice at all. Did it all no fuss within half an hour on a Saturday and sold another while I was waiting with the same efficiency. The price was good and it’s a quality business. No fuss, no sales tactics just a well made trailer. No rattles. Quality hitch and paint. Nice to buy something easily and have expectations exceeded. Tows well, looks workmanlike and solid, neat and clean. They make them on site. Highly recommended.

I wanted a basic box trailer for domestic use, I went and saw Bluestar and they didn't have one but said I could pick one up in a week. I went back a week later and it was ready, I've used it a couple of times and it's a great little trailer, and the price was fantastic. I can thoroughly recommend Bluestar Trailers.
