Need to get some customer skills. Twice when I was in difficulty with irrigation/ pump problems in the middle of the heatwave I was told 2 weeks . Eventually gave up - now I receive a bill from their first visit through a collection agency because they have been emailing to a wrong address . A call would have been nice . I use someone else now and have just bought a new pump from them !
WARNING! PRICES AT THIS SHOP HAVE ALMOST DOUBLED OVERNIGHT. DO NOT USE THEM, EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS OF THERE OVER MANY YEARS BUT THIS COUNTS FOR NOTHING APPARENTLY. THERE ARE ALTERNATIVE BUSINESSES WHERE THE PRICES ARE STILL REASONABLE, ALSO THE BIG HARDWARE SHOP UP THE ROAD STOCK A GOOD RANGE OF PLUMBING & IRRIGATION SUPPLIES.
