Great selection both in store and on their web site. Some really gorgeous products that I have not seen elsewhere. I found their web site easy to use and knowing if they had stock was easy to see. I have ordered from some of the big chains and trying to see available stock and some products you could get delivered and some you couldn't which was really frustrating. Tiny Tots Baby Store made ordering easy, pick up easy and they had a very personalised approach which was very special. I would definitely shop there again.

I Ordered a Tasman cot online and it arrived in just under 2 weeks to Toowoomba Qld. I was hesitant at firat as I had recently had a bad experience with another company getting the same cot delivered. I emailed with Tiny Tots and got fast responses. I am very happy I decided to order from them. The cot arrived as described in excellent condition and it arrived quickly. Highly recommend.
I called the store to see if I could do a click and collect ASAP and they were able to accomadate with no troubles. What I brought is also something not easily available except online and they are one of the extremely few stockists in Melbourne that had it! Very friendly, amazing range and efficient. I will be back for more baby goods
Visited today to pick up a new stroller, Sulani was lovely to deal with and wasn't pushy at all regarding a sale. Was happy to let us browse until we were ready to finalise our purchase. Great variety of brands in store, but nothing felt like it was there just to fill space. Will happily travel to buy from this store again.
Really happy with the quality of our items from Tiny Tots. Our Pram came within 3 days! Accessories and other small items were delivered separately. They were delayed due to an unexpected problem with one of the products but the communication during this was fantastic. All items were received and with a gift for the wait! Really high quality items, great service - will be ordering from here again!

Could not find the safety first thermometer anywhere. Then came across this shop and ordered it thinking I’d get an email saying it was out of stock and they’d send when they got it back in. I was wrong! They posted immediately and I had it within a few days. Awesome service and product range.
Bought the Evolu High Chair online for a very competitive price. Prior to purchase had the pleasure to talk to the store regarding delivery; as wanted the items sooner then later due to concerns of current situation we are in.
