Good prices, fast shipping. Just double check the compatibility of multiple products such as rain/sun covers and the organiser for instance. Pay close attention to the installation of the adapter for the thule bassinet as it can damage frame. These are primarily manufacturer issues but could be more clearly communicated on the website as it can lead to damaged or redundant products. There is very little the company can/will do on your behalf.

Although this review relates to a transaction from 2015, it still remains the worst customer service experience of my life. I read recent reviews and see Frank is still just as appalling at accepting any responsibility with poor feedback, and is still just as ridiculously condescending and defensive with his replies. The package I ordered was delivered quickly, but that is where any good service ends. I was delivered the incorrect version of the item I ordered. When I queried this, the customer service representative I emailed either had absolutely no product knowledge or was trying to deflect responsibility by lying to me. I was told that the item I wanted doesn't exist, despite already owning one, and my invoice specifically listing the correct details. The replies I received were EXTREMELY RUDE, and CONDESCENDING. When I told the customer service representative that I had discussed their rudeness with my peers, I was told that they had contacted THEIR SOLICITOR as I had breached their privacy terms and conditions and potentially defamed them. They also accused me of trying to damage a small family business by sharing our communications with others (though I feel they're doing a great job of this themselves by offering ridiculously poor service and resorting to solicitors to ensure people's experiences don't get shared). After this point, when I tried to discuss the incorrect item I received, i was told that my matter was with their solicitors and then I was asked not to contact them directly anymore. Needless to say I've heard nothing from their solicitors, and am stuck with an item I didn't order. I will be warning anyone who will listen not to buy from company, I've never had such a bad customer experience.

Customer service was exceptional! Claire was extremely helpful with all of her advice when deciding on what pram to purchase. She kindly answered all our questions and demonstrated all of the prams we were interested in. She made us feel very comfortable and well informed. Highly recommended!

We ordered an Uppababy Vista 2015, Rumbleseat 2015 & Travel bag on Sunday as they had a really good deal but noted on their website limited stock. Received a call on Monday that they unfortunately are unable to provide a 2015 model to our disappointment. However they offered a 2017 model at no extra charge which is an awesome offer. Based on the website the additional cost was 600 more for the 2017 version. They also had super fast shipping as I received it in Sydney the next day on Tuesday. Can't ask for anything more. Great customer service keeping me informed, provided a good solution to the unexpected issue, and super fast delivery.

The items they claim are available on the website are not really in stock. After I ordered a pram addon they emailed me to say it would be many weeks before it is even sent out. I tried to cancel and they are refusing to refund. I'm having to dispute the credit card transaction just to get my money back. This is an appalling company to deal with. Update: Our bank is arranging the reversal of the payment. This seems to be the only way to get a refund from this company. I hope others can learn from this.
