Both Mahdi and Vanessa were easy to deal with and very responsive. They both went over and above what I expected in terms of customer service. Mahdi was very professional and knowledgeable with our machine and completed the work efficiently and timely. So grateful to them for coming out on the weekend. Thankfully my machine is working like a dream again. Thanks guys

Amazing service and professionalism from Matty and Vanessa. Was really stuck, with personal illness and also my partner in hospital and they luckily had a cancellation and he was here 20 minutes later, friendly reliable, totally focussed on the job which was done quickly no mess, fixed the machine, wiped the floor and left, cannot rate highly enough. Will definitely use again

Very professional, good communication about the parts required adn timelines for delivery, ensured they were able to fix our washing machine the day after the parts arrived, very knowledgeable and did an exellent job.
Months ago when my SMEG dishwasher stopped working I booked a repairman to look at it - I was quoted 500 for parts and repair, he advised me not to bother and get a new one :(. (New one would cost 1400) I decided to have it looked at again and contacted SOS APPLIANCES. Matty from SOS has just left, he was here 30 minutes - fixed the issue immediately and only charged call out fee.. so glad I got a second opinion..
