What an amazing facility and service for this town. Many of the amateur productions are fabulous - both as entertainment and opportunitues for local aspiring, talented people. If you are travelling through and thinking of grabbing some tickets to see the latest performance, ask a local person for a review. Locals will be honest and give you a sense of whether that performance is for you, as tickets are not what could be considered cheap , due to overheads and copyright on performances. The Sydney Opera house it ain't, but the players approach their roles with enthusiasm and vigour. Forgive the odd flat note and you will have a great evening, and of course adult beverages at the interval.

Players Theatre Port Macquarie's production of The Addams Family A New Musical was excellent. Great set, superb singing form the leads and an excellent chorus and choreography. Can't wait for Singing in the Rain.

What a great evening. Went to the local profuvyion of Singin' in the Rain. The whole performance was totally enjoyable. A good caste and great atmosphere.
