Very caring and highly professional. Animals in here are definitely loved and well cared. Staffs are so welcoming and friendly. I recently adopted two gorgeous kittens from them around 2 weeks ago, and I am falling in love with them everyday more and more. Their names used to be 'big bean and poppy'. Now they are Mango (The ginger one) and Mishka (Tabby). Thank you aaps for your great kittens and amazing customer service.

We had a stray mother cat and kitten near our house. We contacted the shelter, they gave us a trap and advice on trapping them. The kitten went to the shelter first. She was very quickly adopted. We have now adopted the mother cat and taker her to their vet. We have always been impressed and happy with their vet services, the staff and their facilities. If anyone ever wants to adopt, this is such a great and affordable place. From experience we have so much trust with this organisation.

We had such an amazing experience with the AAPS! We adopted the beautiful and well behaved 'Bo' - male American Stafforsdhire Bull Terrier . Keira who worked there was so caring and went above and beyond to make sure this big boy found the right family! We wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Keira and her team for making this happen. We went home with a bag full of food, treats, balls, dental care sticks, collar & leash and ... even gave us preventive probiotics! (and the paperwork was so fast and we know exactly what to do from here). I mean it cannot get better than this! We love 'Bo' so much and he seems to have settled nicely, like he was always here. #adopted #thebestfurlife #fureverhome

The team at the AAPS shelter is simply amazing and very nice over the last 5 years my family has adopted 2 cats from them When we went to the shelter ( both at the old location and the new shelter in Dandenong ) the staff went the extra bit to help us find the right cat If you're looking for a new friend I'm sure the staff will find you the right pick they really do a great job on caring for them too seems the retirement section for the cats really had a lot of effort too

Excellent vetinary standard of care. Very reasonably priced. Your pet will be well cared for with this practise. I found the staff to be very polite, friendly and professional. The main consideration of the staff here is the well being and placement in a suitable environment for the animals in their care up for adoption... i applaud all the staffs fantasic work. Cheers J

Friendly and helpful staff. I adopted my dog there. I loved it when the staff took me to a small indoor playground, and asked us to wait. Then she walked the dog out to play with us. I went to serval places, and they just let us go around the cages which made the dogs very stressful. So by avoiding us to walk around every single cages, the other dogs will feel better. After playing with the dog a bit, she asked us to take the dog out for a short walk to see if the dog would choose us. We finally got our dog :) Thank you.
