These guys went above and beyond to help me and my old man. Went to the useless store in Toowoomba (waste of time, see my other review) and got the worst customer service of my life. Come back down to these guys (should just come here to begin with) and my problem was resolved in 30 seconds. Had the phone my dad was chasing and helped resolve the issue with his account. They went above and beyond and this truly was the best customer experience i ve ever had. The owner needs to give the 2 awesome ladies behind the counter a raise cause both of em go above and beyond. Able to have a good laugh, conduct business and continue on our way.
