They must be good they don't need business, went in to enquire about a computer repair. One person serving, so I waited and just watched the other employee playing on their phone. Great service if you're willing to wait for the one employee to help, I assume he's good as it looks like he's doing the majority of the work. But you'll get frustrated just waiting and watching the other guy not care that you're there, I left without even so much as a "hello" or a "be with you shortly"

After churning through several ''çheap' Laptops in the past, this time went to Tecs and bought a great Laptop in 2013 which has lasted me till now. I got great deal on a new Laptop today so I'll be enjoying another long run using my quality Laptop, Tecs have done a few jobs for me like extracting data from dead External hard Drives and I'd recommend them for good honest service. Got an MSI gaming laptop from Tecs a year ago for a decent price. The laptop battery was draining far too quickly, so I returned it to take a look at it. They replaced the battery in a very reasonable amount of time, technician called me personally the same day it arrived to arrange a up pickup. Overall, nice business, highly recommend.

They got friendly staffs, and a top notch customer service! Didn’t know that they could do a price match, I would’ve bought my PC here if I did. A big thank you to the staffs!
