The okay: The prices are competetive enough, & if you live in the area, they're great for picking up specific hardware/esoteric connectors. THE BAD: I cannot understate how bad customer service is, consistently. Paying in-store is a weird, slow process, and asking for help results in marginal acknowledgement. I do not believe this is fully due to differences in service culture, staff genuinely make minimal effort to communicate with you, mumble over the phone. Once I sent a PC in for repairs, was told that every part needed replacing, the old parts were not returned to me, the spares from the build were not given to me, and the fan's RGB control cables were not connected/included. Now, I need to shop for an aftermarket replacement for this esoteric part. Not impressed

Worse service just pray to God that your product is not faulty otherwise you'll wait months for repairs. If you ask for a refund they'll only give you a portion of what you pay even if they've got a full refund from the manufacturer.
Prices are ok here, occasionally they have some good parts in stock. The ordering system isn’t bad either, you get notified of stock levels on the spot and usually quite accurate. As per usual with these types of PC parts businesses, customer service is sub par, but the prices reflect this. It’s like the soup nazi when picking up your stuff. Don’t expect a smile or any sort of emotional reaction. Collect your invoice and pay and move directly to the pickup counter! If you know what you want and can build your own rig you’re in the right place.
Highly recommended computer store for all end to end parts as well as build and services. The service station is outstanding whom are able to fix, build and troubleshoot anything PC related. Good location with parking nearby. Must choose IJK for custom builds, parts and all accessories and peripherals. Good knowledge staff and good quality control system. Highly recommended.
Just got some updates to my console, they offer a reasonable price with good efficiency, my order is completed in 3 hours.
This store has it all and the staff are friendly and helpful. I am just a beginner when it comes to building computers, but the staff at IJK are always ready to help. They have a wide variety of products and services available and the order online option is perfect, you don't have to pay upfront or give any credit card details, you just order the product, place it in the cart, and click ACCEPT, and then when you get to the store, it is all packaged up and ready to pay for. Great work IJK, keep it up. I recommend this store to everyone. 5 stars.
